What will my first visit be like?
On your first visit to Granite Chiropractic, the doctor will take a comprehensive history pertaining to your chief complaint. Next, the doctor will perform a focused examination which may include neurological and orthopedic exams, range-of-motion testing, and musculoskeletal palpation.
According to the findings of your exam, the doctor will create a customized treatment plan specific to your needs. This plan may include chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitative exercise, modalities such as heat or electrical muscle stimulation, and active care for you to perform at home. Nutrition and supplementation may also be discussed to ensure the best results possible in the shortest period of time.
How long will my first visit take?
Your first visit will typically be about 45 minutes in length, which includes your initial exam and first treatment. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out your initial paperwork.
Subsequent visits run between 20-30 minutes since the doctor can proceed directly to the treatment.
