Graston Technique®

Graston Technique® is an evidence-based form of soft tissue mobilization that uses specially-designed stainless steel instruments to detect and improve areas of restricted motion.  This technique enables the doctors at our office to reduce scar tissue and fascial restrictions, allowing for increased range-of-motion in the associated joints.  Graston Technique® also promotes and speeds healing in areas where it is performed.

Originally developed by athletes for athletes, Graston Technique® is an interdisciplinary treatment used by more than 21,000 clinicians worldwide — including physical and occupational therapists, hand therapists, chiropractors, and athletic trainers.
